If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or it wasn’t what you order, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If your return meets all the requirements, your returns can be initiated via our Online Return Form.

In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met to issue a refund for a physical product:

  1. Your Item/Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
  1. Your item must be in the original packaging with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.). Clothing items must have their original tags. Branded electronics and media items (books, DVDs) must be unopened with seals intact.
  1. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and accompanied by a completed RETURN FORM.

How to return?

  1. Fill in the RETURN FORM with your preferences.
  2. Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid, we will notify you and send the item back to you.
  3. After this check, we will proceed with the refund.

Tojarcom and its subsidiary reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions aren’t met.

Additional Notes for Returns

  • Items on sale aren’t eligible for refunds.
  • Customers can exchange the product with a new one or ask for a refund.
  • Customers should apply for a refund on our website refund section to get a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) before returning the product.
  • Customers will be contacted by our delivery partners to pick the returned item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

To process your refund quickly, you have the option to request a refund via which must be indicated when you request for a return online or by calling our Customer Service.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
